I, a user of the dating application "КьюПи" (KyuPi) (the "Application"), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, and give my consent to Egor Andreevich Lebedev (Kaliningrad, Russian Federation; the "Operator") to process my personal data on the terms below.
1. Personal data covered: name, year of birth, gender, phone number, email address, Apple/Google sign-in identifiers (in jurisdictions where such sign-in is available; for users in Russia sign-in is by phone number), city/country and geolocation, photos and audio/video presentation, likes and views, participation in events, device tokens, technical session data.
2. Purposes: registration and authentication; providing the features of the Application (showing profiles, likes, mutual matches, events); personalising recommendations; push notifications; security and moderation; compliance with the law.
3. Operations and means of processing: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer (provision, access) to engaged processors, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction — by automated and non-automated means.
4. Place of storage: data is stored in the infrastructure of my country of residence (for users in Russia — within the Russian Federation, in accordance with art. 18(5) of Federal Law 152-FZ).
5. Term: this consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw it at any time in the Application settings or by writing to noreply@qp.com.ru; withdrawal terminates processing and deletes the account unless the law provides otherwise.
6. I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy and I am aware of my rights as a data subject.
7. How consent is given. Consent is deemed given at the moment I confirm it by a separate action in the Application: I tick this consent and press the confirmation button below the text. The Operator records the date and time of acceptance, the version of the text and the account from which it was given. Registration is not possible without this consent.
8. Record of consent after account deletion. Information about the acceptance and withdrawal of this consent (type, text version, dates, irreversible hashes of the phone number and email address — without the name or any other data) is kept by the Operator for 3 years after the account is deleted, as evidence of the basis for processing (art. 9(3) of Federal Law 152-FZ, art. 196 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
