I, a user of the dating application "КьюПи" (KyuPi), give Egor Andreevich Lebedev (Kaliningrad, Russian Federation; the "Operator") consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data on the terms below.
1. Recipients and countries of transfer:
- Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging), United States — delivery of push notifications. The device token and service identifiers are transferred; where this consent is in force — also the sender's name and the notification text (without the full content of correspondence and without special categories).
2. Purposes: delivery of push notifications.
3. Conditions: the cross-border transfer does not include the content of correspondence or other special categories of personal data. The transfer is carried out with the protection measures set out in the Policy.
4. Level of protection: the United States is not among the countries providing adequate protection of data subjects' rights; the transfer is carried out on the basis of this consent of the data subject (art. 12(4)(1) of Federal Law 152-FZ). Without this consent, push notifications are delivered depersonalised — without the sender's name and without text.
5. Term and withdrawal: the consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn in the Application settings or by writing to noreply@qp.com.ru.
6. I understand that this consent is voluntary; refusing it may limit certain features (for example, push notifications) but does not deprive me of access to the core features of the Application.
7. How consent is given. Consent is deemed given at the moment I confirm it by a separate action in the Application: I tick this consent and press the confirmation button below the text. The Operator records the date and time of acceptance and the version of the text. Information about acceptance and withdrawal is kept for 3 years after the account is deleted (section 7 of the Policy).
