Consent to the processing of special categories of personal data

Revision v1 of 04.07.2026 · Русский

This is a translation provided for information. The Russian text prevails; in case of any discrepancy the Russian version applies.

I, a user of the dating application "КьюПи" (KyuPi) (the "Application"), understand that, given the purpose of the Application, some of my data belongs to special categories of personal data — information concerning intimate life and personal (romantic) relationships.

Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I give Egor Andreevich Lebedev (Kaliningrad, Russian Federation; the "Operator") separate consent to process such data.

1. Special categories of data that are processed:

2. Purposes: providing the core dating features — matching and establishing mutual sympathies, exchanging messages, taking part in shared events; security and moderation in this part.

3. Protection conditions: the content of correspondence is encrypted at rest; data is stored in the infrastructure of my country of residence; staff access is restricted. This data is not included in push notifications and is not placed in cross-border storage (see the Policy, section 9).

4. Term and withdrawal: the consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Withdrawal is possible at any time in the Application settings or by writing to noreply@qp.com.ru. Upon withdrawal, the features requiring the processing of special categories (correspondence, matches) become unavailable.

5. I understand that giving this consent is voluntary and is not a condition for access to the features of the Application that do not require such data.

6. How consent is given. Consent is deemed given at the moment I confirm it by a separate action in the Application: I tick this consent and press the confirmation button below the text. The Operator records the date and time of acceptance and the version of the text. Information about acceptance and withdrawal is kept for 3 years after the account is deleted (section 7 of the Policy).
