Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. You do not need to write to us for this.
What is deleted: your profile, photos and videos, correspondence and voice messages, the events you created, data imported from social networks and music services, and personality test results. Deleted immediately, cannot be restored.
What is kept: records of the consents you gave to the processing of personal data — for 3 years from the date of deletion, as required by law. These records hold no message content, photos, name, email or phone number. Service logs of sign-ins are kept without any link to you: the reference to your account is erased along with it.
Deleting part of your data without deleting the account
Inside the app you can delete separately:
- photos and videos in your profile — Profile → Edit → delete the file;
- messages and voice messages — long-press a message → Delete;
- events you created — event card → More → Delete.
Your account is kept.
