1. General
1.1. These Terms govern the relationship between Egor Andreevich Lebedev (Kaliningrad, Russian Federation; the "Operator") and a user of the dating application "КьюПи" (KyuPi) (the "Application").
1.2. Registration and use of the Application constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and of the Personal Data Processing Policy.
1.3. The Operator may amend these Terms; the current revision is published in the Application.
2. Requirements for the user
2.1. The Application is intended only for persons aged 18 and over. By registering, the user confirms that they are of full age and legal capacity.
2.2. One user — one account; transferring an account to third parties is prohibited.
2.3. The user provides accurate information and is responsible for keeping it up to date.
3. Conduct and content rules
3.1. It is prohibited to post or transmit: insults, threats, incitement of hatred; sexual material involving minors; spam and fraud; other people's personal data without their consent; content that infringes the rights of third parties or the law.
3.2. Harassment, stalking, attempts to obtain money by deception, and automated collection of other users' data are prohibited.
3.3. The Operator may moderate content, review complaints, limit visibility, suspend or block accounts for violations — with notice where applicable.
4. Features and absence of guaranteed outcome
4.1. The Application provides tools for dating (showing profiles, likes, matches, chats, events). The Operator does not guarantee that acquaintances will be made, nor compatibility, nor any particular outcome.
4.2. Recommendations are generated automatically and are informational in nature.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. Rights to the Application belong to the Operator. The user retains rights to the content they upload and grants the Operator a licence to use it to the extent necessary for the Application to function.
6. Personal data
6.1. The processing of personal data is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy and the corresponding consents.
6.2. The user may at any time delete their account and associated data through the Application settings.
7. Liability
7.1. The Application is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for the actions of other users, for user-generated content, or for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
7.2. The user independently assesses the risks of communicating with and meeting other users and observes personal safety measures.
8. Termination
8.1. The Operator may terminate or restrict access in the event of a breach of these Terms. The user may stop using the Application and delete their account at any time.
9. Governing law and disputes
9.1. The law of the Russian Federation applies. Disputes are resolved in the manner established by the applicable law.
